When you visit the website

2. Why we collect it

We ask for your consent when you sign up, and we only use your information for the purposes described here. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Where your information is stored

App account and asset data is stored with Supabase using Canadian data residency (servers in Canada). The waitlist and website run on Cloudflare and Vercel infrastructure, and transactional email is sent through Resend. Some of these providers may process limited data (such as your email address or technical request data) on servers located outside Quebec, including elsewhere in Canada or the United States. Where that happens, we rely on reputable providers that offer a level of protection comparable to what is required here.

4. How long we keep it

5. Your rights

Under Quebec's Law 25 and Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact Quebec's privacy regulator, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).

6. How we protect your information

Access to your data is restricted so that you can only see your own records. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, stored with reputable providers, and access is limited to what is necessary to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and, in the event of a privacy breach that poses a risk of serious injury, we will notify affected individuals and the CAI as required by law.

7. Children

Almenry is intended for adults. It is not directed at, or intended for, anyone under the age of majority (18 in Quebec), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Almenry evolves. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you.

9. Contact
